Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Certain items such as personal care, intimate wear, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

• Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Our goal is to make every WasiZone purchase a worry-free experience.

Shipping cost is based on weight. Simply add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to view the shipping price.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care products (such as beauty or hygiene items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

شروط الإرجاع

• يجب إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وفي عبوتها الأصلية، مع وجود جميع البطاقات والعلامات.
• قد لا تكون بعض المنتجات مؤهلة للإرجاع، مثل منتجات العناية الشخصية، الملابس الداخلية، أو المنتجات المخفضة.

آلية الاسترداد

• بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع والموافقة عليه، سيتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال 5–10 أيام عمل.
• يتم استرداد المبلغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير صحيح، يرجى إبلاغنا فورًا. سنقوم بترتيب استبدال المنتج أو إصدار استرداد كامل للمبلغ.

هدفنا هو جعل كل عملية شراء من WasiZone تجربة سهلة وخالية من القلق.

تعتمد تكلفة الشحن على الوزن. ما عليك سوى إضافة المنتجات إلى سلة التسوق واستخدام حاسبة الشحن لمعرفة تكلفة الشحن.

نحن نحرص على رضاك بنسبة 100% عن مشترياتك. يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

الاستثناءات / المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لا يمكن إرجاع بعض المنتجات، وتشمل:

• المنتجات القابلة للتلف (مثل الطعام، الزهور، أو النباتات)
• المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب (مثل الطلبات الخاصة أو المنتجات المخصصة)
• منتجات العناية الشخصية (مثل مستحضرات التجميل أو منتجات النظافة)
• المواد الخطرة أو السوائل القابلة للاشتعال أو الغازات
