• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Certain items such as personal care, intimate wear, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

• Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Shipping cost is based on weight. Simply add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to view the shipping price.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

شروط الإرجاع

• يجب إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع والموافقة عليه، سيتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال 5–10 أيام عمل.
• يتم استرداد المبلغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير صحيح، يرجى إبلاغنا فورًا. سنقوم بترتيب استبدال المنتج أو إصدار استرداد كامل للمبلغ.

تعتمد تكلفة الشحن على الوزن. ما عليك سوى إضافة المنتجات إلى سلة التسوق واستخدام حاسبة الشحن لمعرفة تكلفة الشحن.

نحن نحرص على رضاك بنسبة 100% عن مشترياتك. يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

الاستثناءات / المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لا يمكن إرجاع بعض المنتجات، وتشمل:
